Sytner Group had a unique problem – not many of their employees actually realised that they worked for them! The group is made up of lots of individually branded car dealerships such as Guy Salmon, Mini Coventry, Porsche Solihull and employees tended to think that they worked for them. Sytner Group asked us to develop a refined brand identity alongside a visual language for internal communication and messaging. We delivered a new brand image, staff messaging, visual style for photographing staff and making them the centre of the campaign, and brand guidelines for internal communciation and dealership marketing.
